Agbede Oluwaseyi (Host)

A statistician by qualification, Agbede Oluwaseyi has evolved to becoming a resourceful educator. His journey into the world of knowledge transfer started in his National Youth Service days, where he served his nation as a Mathematics teacher. He soon realised his new found love of building and moulding the minds of the future leaders and decided to pitch his tents there.

He obtained a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Lagos and also has a PGDE in the bag. He is presently running an MBA degree program with the University of Lagos and is the Co-Head Teacher at Meadow Hall Junior School, Lekki Lagos.

He is focused and self-motivated and has a passion to use education as a tool for societal transformation. His desire to see young children learn has driven him to continually seek 21st century pedagogy. His strong background in statistics and the use of numbers laid an indispensable foundation in his extensive analysis and use of data for educational improvement by educators at all levels.

As a lifelong learner, he has always been passionate about professional development and this has seen him become a regular trainer/facilitator in several capacities including educational conferences such as the annual Meadow Hall Educamp held in Lagos and Port Harcourt which hosts hundreds of professionals yearly; just to mention a few. He has also served as a Human Capacity Development Consultant with a number of Educational Institutions such as: The Lagos State Ministry of Education (Ready-Set-Work Initiative), Chokmah International School (Port Harcourt), Kids Station School (Lagos), and many more.

Ronke Adeniyi (Director, Le Poshe School)

Ronke Adeniyi, fondly called RonkePosh is a fun loving, energetic and enthusiastic lady, a lover of God, a wife and mum. A serial entrepreneur and Educator, RonkePosh is a certified and experienced Montessori Directress. She owns the best preschool in Ikoyi called PoshBabiesandKids and a primary school called Le Poshe School. She also runs a Children’s Entertainment Company called PoshPartyPacks. RonkePosh is also a certified Family Life Therapist and Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) She uses these to coach and support parents in her Parenting Facebook community called PARENT RIGHT!

Johnson Abbaly (Chief Executive, Achievers Consortium International)

Johnson Abbaly is the President of Achievers Consortium International and the founder of Successor Generation Community. He convenes the Daniels Community retreat and consults for organisations in private sector and government spaces. He is an alumni of the International Visitors Leadership Programme. He is a much sought after speaker into local and international conferences.


ROTIMI EYITAYO (CEO, Team Masters Academy)

Rotimi Eyitayo has distinguished himself as a passionate catalyst for change. His approach is a rare combination of talent, experience and research which has made him one of the outstanding entrepreneurs of this generation.

A young and dynamic speaker, he  has facilitated several retreats & strategy sessions for organizations both within and outside Nigeria. He is a splendid Nigerian strategist with outstanding ideas in workforce activation, teamwork and strategic planning.  e is currently the MD/CEO of TEAMMASTERS LIMITED which has been in existence since 2006 – creating and adding value to schools, students, teachers and parents.

DIKE DIMIRI (Regional Executive, Heritage Bank)

Dike Dimiri a Certified Risk Manager with certification from the Risk Management Institute of Nigeria and is presently a Regional Executive in Heritage Bank with overall responsibility for business development in Lagos and South West.

His experience as both a risk manager and business development executive has uniquely positioned him to provide advisory services to businesses across several sectors of the economy. His engagement have seen him speak at domestic and foreign conferences and events

Nancy Ekpezu (Lead Consultant and Coach, Pezu Smith Consulting)

Nancy Ekpezu is a professional administrator and life coach. She has worked in the education sector for over twenty-five years. She is the author of the highly impactful book Dear Educator which was published in May 2019.

She is currently the Lead Consultant and Trainer of Pezu Smith Consulting. Nancy has spoken at several reputable platforms locally internationally, including a TEDx Talk. In 2018, she was nominated for an award by the prestigious Arc Lights for Education Advancement in Africa for her contribution to the development of education in Nigeria.

 Roland Sodeinde (Director, Dynamiss Digital Learning)

Mr Roland Sodeinde has over two decades of SAP experience working in a variety of roles within SAP projects. He has hands on experience and expertise in SAP gleaned from working on several large global projects and specialises in successful project deployment, management and delivery.

His wealth of experience was also brought into the education sector as the CEO of Dynamiss Digital Learning where a combination of functional know-how and deep industry insight is used to support education leaders, provide advisory, solutions and training services.

Jadesola Adedeji (Co-Founder/CEO, STEM METS)

Jadesola Adedeji is a social entrepreneur with a dream of changing what education looks like in Nigeria by using innovative, hands-on educational tools and programs to equip children and youths with essential 21st century skills needed to compete in the future workplace.

After a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, her foray into education and skills development was borne out of a desire to engage her own children and by extension, other children in her community, in creative and inspiring enrichment programs that will teach them “how” to think not “what” to think.

James Abiona (MD JFK Consult)

Mr James Abiona is the MD JFK Consult, Author of 5 books, namely: 200 Word of Faith, 37 Life Questions and Answers & Entrepreneurship in Nigeria – Volume 1, How to start a multimillion Naira Project with Zero Kobo and 101 Laws of Entrepreneurship.

He is also the Entrepreneurship coach to all corp members of the NYSC and a well sort-after speaker and life coach.

PETER TRIUMPHANT (Director, The Relevant Enterprise)

Peter Juan Triumphant is a School Business Development strategist with The Relevant Education Enterprise, an organization with the mandate to HELP SCHOOLS MAKE MORE MONEY THROUGH BETTER OPERATIONS.

His organization has served school owners across Nigeria and beyond and has served almost a thousand schools providing services that range through policy formulation and Implementation, creation of professional administrative proceedings, structural analytics, staff trainings, recruitment, procurement, to mention a few.

NYIEDUM UFOT (Director, Clover Hall International School)

Nyiedum Ufot holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rivers State University and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood studies from Walden University, Massachusetts. She is a founding member of Teacher and Loving It (TALI), an organization set up to inspire and empower educators and school leaders through trainings and workshops.

She is the proprietor and Director of Clover Hall International School. A school founded out of a passion to inspire and empower what I consider, lifelong learners. She is also a registered behavioral technician because of her passion for Special needs in education.

CHIAZOR CHUKWULOBE (Head of School, Avi-Cenna International School)

Chiazor Chukwulobe is a Quality Control and Management Strategist who is passionate about School Improvement. She is an experienced and trained facilitator with over 14years experience. She equally has worked with some leading schools in Nigeria as an Educator, Head as well as a Consultant.

Chiazor’s passion sets her apart as a go to expert in core areas of School Service. She is an advocate for transformation in schools in Nigeria and is also a Peer Accreditor of Council of British International Schools (COBIS)

She is currently the Head of School at Avi-Cenna International School Lagos.

Chinny Ugoji (Corporate Communications Executive)

Chinny Ugoji is a lawyer, writer, editor, entrepreneur and the Head of Communications at The Elevation Church Lagos. After being called to the Nigerian Bar, she started her career in law and banking with the prestigious GTBank but her flare for creative writing and communications led her to get a postgraduate degree in screenwriting from the renowned New York Film Academy.

She subsequently worked locally and internationally in the film, TV and publishing industries before joining The Elevation Church workforce where she now oversees all aspects of the church communications.

Susan Charles (Director, Birch Hill Consulting)

Susan Charles, a highly regarded education expert, is on a mission to change the Nigerian classroom one child, one teacher at a time by deploying consistent innovative teaching, leadership and learning techniques. With over 13 years spanning nursery, primary and secondary education, she has a first degree in Business Management Education, a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and an Executive Mini MBA in Leadership and Management. She is the convener of the Facebook educator community, Teacher and Loving It, with over 3000 educators collaborating and learning from all over the world.

Emem Opashi (Founder, The Annual School Needs Expo (ASNE))

Emem Opashi’s vision is to help everyone see the world as their classroom, with no limits to learning opportunities. With over 21 years of experience in education, she has pioneered several initiatives revolutionizing and impacting over 3,500 educators to restructure their school systems through training, consulting, resource development, coaching programs, curriculum reviews and school assessments.

She is the CEO of the School Resource Center and Convener of Nigeria’s most dynamic and largest education expos in the North, the Annual School Needs Expo in its 10th year now. (ASNE)

Austin Imoru (Lead Trainer, Digital Skills Africa)

Austin Imoru is Africa’s number one digital growth consultant, who helps grow businesses using digital tools like Tell-2-SellTM marketing, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, SMO, Social Authority (content/book packaging) and storytelling.  He is licensed and Certified by; Google on Digital Marketing, John C. FESTUS GANGBE (Education Finance Manager, EdFIn Bank)

Festus Gangbe is a graduate of Education Management and Political Science from Tai Solarin University of Education and also bagged a Master’s degree in Education Management and currently on PhD in Education Management.

He built his career in Education, and also possesses strong interest in community service, media industry and general merchandise, such as Pen Voice Magazine, Educational Management Students Association and Election Observer with Right Monitoring Group, Wuse, Abuja.

He is currently an Education Finance Manager with EdFin Bank (the first specialized bank for education in Africa)

Mary Okon (Executive Director, Lindengates Academy)

Mrs Mary has been the Executive Director of a Day Care, Nursery, Primary and Secondary School for almost 18 years, with several years of experience and qualification in Human Resources and Business Management. She is also a qualified Psychological Therapist with several years of practice experience. She is presently the Executive Director of Lindengates Academy Eneka, Port Harcourt.

Adeleye Olufemi is an experienced IT geek with over 15 years experience in the sector. Having honed his skill whilst working with various schools across Africa, he also serves as an advisory member on various school’s boards.

He is the CEO of Prodigy School Management Solution; a web-based school solution used by visionary schools across Africa. Siya Nwator (Director ,Busy Bee EYS; Head of School, Totsland School)

Siya Nwator is a successful business administrator with a wealth of transferable skills gained from over nineteen years of experience in education, project management, event planning, public relations, communications, human resource management and database management. A goal oriented professional who will confidently oversee any task from conceptualization to conclusion, committed to excellent communication and team building.

Linda Etukudo (Education Consultant, Hilltop Grade International School)

Mrs Linda Etukudo studied Education with Geography as a major at the Delta State University Abraka. She worked as a geography teacher for 3  years, teaching upper secondary school in Warri, Delta state. She also ran my own school in Lekki, Lagos for 8 years.

She now serves as an education consultant at the Hilltop Grade International School Lekki, Lagos.

Hope Aigbogun (Head Teacher, Legatee School)

Hope Aigbogun, is a dynamic educator with over a decade’s experience in teaching, recruitment and training, curriculum development, Special Education Needs facilitation and development of start-up schools.

She was a Head Teacher at Discovery House (SEN department), and at Busyminds School, Lekki; and currently the Head Teacher at Legatee School, Lekki. Alongside teaching, she co-manages her consult, Tutorwhiz Consult and Hope-care Consult. Which caters for the individualized cognitive, phychomotor and social needs of children.
